COVID-19 PROCEDURES, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2020.

 

WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FROM HEALTH AND GOVERMENT OFFICIALS, AND IN AN ATTEMPT TO GUARD THE HEALTH OF OUR CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES, WE ARE MAKING THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO OUR CLINIC SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES.
 
WE ARE CURRENTLY SCHEDULING ROUTINE AND SICK APPOINTMENTS BUT WE ARE ASKING CLIENTS TO REMAIN OUT OF THE BUILDING WHILE PETS ARE BEING TREATED.  SINCE WE CAN NOT SEE AS MANY APPOINTMENTS PER SHIFT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEE PETS AS PROMPTLY AS WE WOULD LIKE.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.  MEDICATION WILL BE ABLE TO BE PICKED UP BUT WE NEED TO BE CALLED IN ADVANCE TO HAVE IT READY.  SURGERY CASES WILL BE LIMITED AND HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
 
OUR OFFICE HOURS WILL BE 8AM-9PM MONDAY-THURSDAY, 8AM-7PM ON FRIDAY AND 8AM-4PM ON SATURDAYS.  WHEN CLIENTS ARRIVE, WE ASK THAT THEY CALL US FROM THEIR CAR FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH THEIR PET OR HOW TO OBTAIN THEIR MEDICATIONS.
